PrizeMap Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PrizeMap (an indie app operated by Jerry Trosclair). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

PrizeMap uses assets from Pokémon TCG, which are the property of The Pokémon Company International. This app is intended to promote positive play of the card game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including cheating, abuse, or harmful behavior.

User Conduct

• Usernames, profile images, and puzzle descriptions must be appropriate for all ages and must not include harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to gain advantage (including cheating on leaderboards).
• We may remove content or restrict access for violations or suspected abuse, including resetting or removing fraudulent scores or puzzles.

User Content and License

You own the custom puzzles and content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, modify for formatting, curate, and feature your puzzles (for example, on leaderboards or the app front page) to operate and promote the service. Do not submit content you lack rights to share.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective store policies. For refund requests, please follow the platform’s process.

Intellectual Property

PrizeMap and its underlying software, features, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Pokémon TCG assets remain the property of The Pokémon Company International. Using the service does not grant you any ownership in our intellectual property.

Advertising

The service may display ads (including through Google AdMob). Ads are part of the service and may depend on device and ad identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Service

We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. Material changes may be communicated in-app or via notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, or to protect the service and other users. You may stop using the service at any time; ending use does not entitle you to refunds beyond what the app stores permit.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for harm resulting from your use of the service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Louisiana for any disputes not subject to other resolution requirements.
